Lighting is the cheapest renovation there is - the same rooms, transformed after dark. We design it, wire it and dim it properly.

Layers, not just brightness

Good rooms use three layers: ambient light for the space, task light where work happens, and accent light for warmth. We plan the layers with you, pick color temperatures that match across fixtures, and put it all on dimmers so the room has an evening mode.

And we handle the unglamorous parts - proper boxes, rated fixtures in showers and eaves, and switching that ends up where your hand expects it.

Common questions

Why do my LEDs flicker on the dimmer?

Mismatched dimmer and driver - the classic. We pair compatible hardware and the flicker, buzz and drop-out go away.

How many recessed lights does a room need?

Fewer, better-placed ones than most grids use. We calculate by room size and use - and avoid the ceiling-full-of-holes look.

Can you add lighting without tearing up the ceiling?

Usually - attic access and modern slim fixtures let us do a lot with small, patchable openings.
