EV Charger Installation

Wake up full every morning. We install Level 2 home charging the right way - load-checked, permitted, and matched to your car and panel.

What the installation includes

  • Load calculation to confirm your panel's real capacity - before anything is sold
  • The right circuit for your charger, from 30 to 60 amps
  • Hardwired or plug-in installation, indoors or out
  • Charger supplied by us or by you - happy either way
  • Permit and inspection where required, handled by us
  • Load-management options when the panel is tight - often avoiding a full upgrade

The honest capacity conversation

Half of EV charger quotes skip the load calculation and discover the problem on install day. We do the math first: what your panel carries, what the charger needs, and whether smart load management can bridge the gap. You get the real price up front - including when the answer is a panel upgrade, and when it isn't.

Most installs are a single morning, and the charger is tested with your actual car before we leave.

Common questions

Do I really need Level 2?

If you drive more than short hops daily - yes. A standard outlet adds roughly 4 miles of range per hour; Level 2 adds 25-40. It's the difference between topping up and actually charging.

What does an install cost?

Distance from panel and capacity decide it. Photo of your panel plus where you park gets you a real quote, usually same day.

Which charger should I buy?

We'll recommend two or three solid units at different prices - or install the one you've already bought, as long as it's a listed, safe unit.

Full battery, every breakfast.
